Hi, got mine the other day, i had mine done of my cat, it will be a lovely reminder of her, had to have her put to sleep last week. had her for 20 yrs and 8 months.

Deb.........I checked the site today and was getting the same message, so I went to the main site and searched and got this reply

Can I still design my personal luggage tag?
Unfortunately the personalised luggage tags campaign has ended. Therefore it is not possible to design new tags.

So looks like we missed out

Hey guys success the labels arrived this morning so they must still be processing all the orders they got. Perhaps it will be back on offer after they have caught up with the backlog. We can live in hope
