Could I ask the Mods if it would be in order to make a sticky topic for members to post the location of free Wi fi hotspots abroad ?
We all wander aimlessly looking for Wi Fi especially us cruisers who can only really access our emails in port. (Ship's Wi fi being ludicrously expensive)
If this isn't against any of the T&C's of the forum I have a couple to offer.

For those going ashore on cruises these should be useful
Villefranche.... Once off the ship walk along the promenade until you get to an ice cream shop. If you stand outside and enter 7FEA3A5AC8 you will get free Wi Fi. It cost us an ice cream !
Rapallo... walk along the front until you see the Hotel Nettuno opposite the bandstand. Wi Fi is free without needing to input a password.
P,S Subway has moved across the road and the previous code is no longer valid.
