Well one week to go and still no tickets.
Phoned Harvey World Travel this morning, they then phoned Freedom Flights. Apparently Freedom Flights have changed there courier due to problems and my tickets were send out to HWT on the 18th July. They have not received them. They are going to email and ask for tickets to be re-issued. HWT said they will phone me Monday 25th and tell me if the tickets have arrived.
Panic now

hi all,
we fly on tuesday 26th july to sharm el sheikh, and our tickets arrived today. We were getting really really worried. The tickets are printed on A4 paper outbound and inbound, never seen tickets like this before, is this normal thing, am flying with excel?????

We fly to Dalaman in 2 weeks and have not received our tickets yet. Our next door neighbours booked with Portland and they received their tickets over a week ago and they go after us!!!!
Tickets arrived this morning, I can breath a sigh of relief now. Only the packing to get done (but I`ve got 2 weeks to do that).
Has anyone any feedback about this company as I have seen some really cheap flights for next summer on their web site and I had never heard of them before I was directed to their web site.

They are the sister company of XL. You would probably be better booking with xl.com as they have some cheap fares and promotional codes. I am sure there is a member somewhere I think it is in the XL forum who is giving a promotional code for flights.
Personally I would never fly XL again, too cramped, very late service but this is my own opinion.

Or try TELEGRAPH in the promotion box this may work for you.
I am due to fly from Newcastle to Dalaman October 3rd for 2 weeks.I e/mailed Freedom Flights last week and have had no reply so I tried to phone them and thet are not taking calls and advise to e/mail with any queries re tickets etc.Has anyone else booked with them and have you received your tickets ?

Freedom Flights is the booking operator for Excel. Don't expect your tickets until the last minute. We did not receive ours until a week before. Don't bother emailing either they don't reply.
You will probably get your tickets by the end of the week.
Sorry can't help you any further but I know from experience I will never book with Excel again.

hi all - just gathering up some prices for egypt next easter and i see freedom flights coming up a lot at a good price for 10nights- has anyone used them???

Just a tip - try looking up the same flights on XL.com (excel) as think they are still connected to Freedom Flights
...if you put TELEGRAPH or DIVERS in the promotion code box on the XL site, this should give you an extra discount of £15 pp.
We have used XL.com many times with no problems.

has any one flew with freedom airline an are they any good flying from newcastle only 23 days to go cant wait every one is quiet today there is not much on the forum
