Hi

i wouldn't advise the walk, it really is a hike.
We were in Frigliana last year in a Villa and it was gorgeous but seriously, without a car we would have been in trouble.
Friliana is the most gorgeous place,well worth a visit but i would get a taxi up there if i were you.

If you're not keen on hills don't even consider this, even the bus has to go into 1st gear to reach the the village and guess what - when you get there the streets are almost vertical! Not for the faint hearted.
