If you are booked in as half board (breakfast and dinner) and then upgraded to full board I am sure that would mean lunch would then be included. You would need to be all inclusive to have drinks as well but don't know if that particular hotels offers that option..
Full Board always means breakfast, lunch and evening meal and doesn't include drinks or snacks, all of which have to be paid separately. I never think it's worth going full board as eating out is quite cheap and it's nice to try different restaurants, I was given full board a few years ago as the Marhaba was closed for refurbishment and they had to move me to the Marhaba Club next door but I never bothered to have lunch there.
Full board doesn't include drinks, but it does include breakfast/lunch and evening meal
