Make sure you have a special adapter obviously for charging so it doesn't kill your gameboy
If you are on about using it on the plane I'm pretty sure you have to leave it off until after takeoff and you then have to turn it off when landing
I'm not sure what you actually meant but hope that this helps
Its permissable to take mobile phones and lap tops etc, so I see no problems with Game Boys. Altenatively give the airline a ring.
My son has routinely taken his on flights for the last five years, both european and transatlantic. So long as you dont use them during take off and landing nobody seems to mind. Take loads of batteries or sort out the charger so it works where you are going. (We normally take the one that uses batterys, seems easier)
My kids always take their gameboys and various other gadgets with them on holiday, you can use the normal charger in most countries just take the appropriate plug adaptor.Alot of countries also do cheap games so the kids can get some excellent bargains-just make sure they try the actual game they are looking at out on their own gameboy, dont use the shop/market sellers as these are sometimes modified and although the game will work on the sellers gameboy they wont work on an unmodified/chipped gameboy.
same sort of question really, but regarding portable dvd players with screens, are these allowed on flights?? i think i remember seeing people with them a few years ago........
I saw a couple of people using them on my flight last week from Majorca (portable DVD players)
