I know it varies owing to the size of the shack, but how long does it take to put one up?
Do they have to lift all the concrete bases etc up at the end of the season or is it simply the wooden parts of the shack.

Not sure about concrete bases, Ganesh once told me a week to ten days, depends on who is building with him and the weather.

Spoke to Ganesh this morning and he has a license and is in the same place. Along with all other owners they have been stop start with building due to heavy rain fall, but is hoping to be open Tuesday or Wednesday. Also mentions many Russians about..
