Taxi will cost at least 100 YTL

if arriving daytime get taxi out of airport to main road then flag down a bus cost about 20 YTL.

This depends on you arriving before 10pm and not having large luggage/wife/kids

In your opinion, is it better/cheaper to pay taxis in YTL or EUR, or is there no difference?

100 YTL would equal around 55-60 EUR, is that correct?

whether you pay in euros or YTL should make no difference. But the airport taxis of course try to charge a lot more- they have a board and point to the ludicrous prices on it. Dont be fooled by that and insist on getting the price down to around 100ytl /60 euro mark.
