Yes, there are a couple of Glass Bottom Boat trips from the Harbour in Paphos.
There are several other Boat Trips from 1/2 to full day as well as speed boat hire.

cheers matey, like to do glass bottom trips with the youngsters or they get bored on normal boats gone are the days of my booze cruises
