Thanks for flagging this up Meagain, my sister is out in Goa at present and is flying out from there to Sri Lanka on 7th April, I texted her when I saw your post, she is now travelling out from Goa - Mumbai - Chennai - Colombo, much worse then her original flight as she is going at the crack of dawn and waiting hours in Mumbai, but at least she got it sorted with jet Airways, I don't know what would have happened if she had just turned up ?? But it is very sad that the Thompson customer's that got left behind at Gatwick were not HT members so did not see the post, as Thomson never got around to informing everybody that the flight was going to depart three hours early

Your right Meagain "shame the were not HT members" even though we have been going to Goa for a number of years I still pick up useful advice from this site. Last year it was copies of the visa's and photos the previous year (I think) it was passenger information . So thanks to all you HT'ers who keep everyone informed
