I was wondering if anyone has ever booked with this company? I recently did until they gave my apartment away after my deposit was 1 day late... (but I have a place to stay now thatnks to HTer )

I am keeping all the emails I am sending them, yesterday they asked me if I was going to take the alternative accomodation (that had no photos or could the man answer my quetions about it) or did I want my dep back so I said I want my money back. This morning I find an email from him saying he is trying to get in contact with the owner as they have my deposit??? and he will let me know later?? huh???? so from yesterday my £80 was sent from them to the owner knowing my booking was unconfirmed?
