I have sadly just read about another drowning in Goa,
as reported in the Herald , a 39 year old man from GB was found drowned on Arambol beach . Anyone who ventures into the sea on any beach in Goa should be cautious, they can all have dangerous currents , and undertow .

Oh no how tragic.
The currents are deceiving out there, we have been on Baga beach and have witnessed people having to be rescued.

OH no how sad as i have told you all before I am a brill swimmer but I will not go in the sea in goa above my knees not a chance ..my husband had to come in the sea and rescue me a few years back never again ...colleen
Arambol is bad for it! The waves are big there. Bet it was buy the lake! They are strong over full moon.
