hi, me and my fiance are going to sharm for my birthday tomorrow staying at the tropipaca grand oasis (just booked yesteray!), never been to egypt before been to tenerife, greece-crete, corfu, and cyprus and benidorm when i was younger, my fiance has been to turkey aswell.

im just wondering if we should tip people at the hotel (were all inclusive and never been all inclusivr so its all new to us!) ive read that its a lovley hotel and staff are freindly etc but if you tip them then they cant do enough for you etc. and how much should we tip? also when and how often, should you do it at the beginning and then should you tip again after that or is that enugh and who do you tip the waiters i take it? if you tip once is it going to be expected that you will tip again?

do you think £300 will be enough for a week staying all inclusive, we plan to go into town for a meal a couple of times and will have a look what trips are available (no idea on the prices though) quite fancy myself a massage at the hotel if its not too expensive and then bits and bobs like snorkles, if we want anything from town etc.
