Nearest is Anfi tauro which has a nine hole par 3 and a fairly spectacular 18 par 72. Prices are currently 65e for around including buggy. See http://www.anfitauro.es/golf_eng.html for pictures. Its only a couple of minutes from Terrezamar, just on the otherside of the hill. About 3.50e in a taxi.

Also within 25 mins there are courses at Salobre, Maspalomas and Meloneras.

The anfi course is a lovely course to play on and if he wanted to hire a car then the melonares one comes in a close second.
