Recently came back from the Las Dalias and found that to be clean. Food was excellent as well.

Dunas Paraiso was bought by Riu Hotel chain - it's now called the Riu Buena Vista. We stayed there last year and thought it was very good. We've also stayed in the Las Dalias on two occassions and can recommend, it is very clean. This year we stayed at Hotel Costa Los Gigantes Suites and Spa Resort, which was absolutely excellent, and I would highly recommend as a top-end AI hotel....and immaculately clean. Only downside is that it's further up the coast away from LC and PDLA, and the nearby town of Puerto Santiago isn't very big, although there is a supermarket a shortish walk (15mins) if you need baby stuff.
