we stayed at lykia world in turkey it caters for kids up to 18 its a fab place with a water park, 19 swimming pools. it is full board + which includes all soft drinks, beer and wine with meals or even during the day you will find a restaurant open you can use, its really only after 9.30pm that you will need to pay for drinks. the food here is the best food ive ever had in a hotel and there has been many, we got married here and had friends with us with kids from 4 to 18 and they all loved it, lots for teenagers to do, trips etc. it is a bit on the dear side but you can book it as a package or diy. we are going here in oct and ive manged to get a very good diy price, have a look at this link and go through and see it all. good luck
