Hi there,
My cousin has kindly let me have her villa in Nadur for a few days for free in February.
I just wondered does anyone have experience of getting late night ferries in Winter? Do they get cancelled often due to weather?
Basically our return flight is at 0830 , so to get to the airport for 6am, we would need to be at Cirkewwa for 5am, meaning we would get the 3.30am ferry from Mgarr, we could also get the 5am ferry which would probably get us to Luqa for 6.30 which would probably be ok, but without no room for error!
Also, has anyone climbed the hill near Marsalforn, the one with the virgin mary on the top? I saw people climbing it in a Malta Tourism Advert, can you still do it?
I have been to Malta dozens of times previously, however only in summer!
Dan
I am not sure if this is still correct but the ferry schedule used to change times depending on whether it is summer or winter.
