There has been rumour and speculation about this hotel booking agency in recent days, due to to the fact that its website was no longer showing any availability for hotels at any destination.
Sadly it seems now that the company may indeed have ceased trading, in which case reservations are likely to be cancelled, leaving customers in the unfortunate position of having to rebook and repay with an alternative supplier, or directly with the hotel.
Anyone holding reservations with the company may perhaps wish to verify the status of their booking directly with the hotel. If payment has been made by credit card, contact should be made with the card provider in the event that reservations have been cancelled.
