We are staying in the Greenland Hotel in May/June ( In Ovacik ) does anybody know if at breakfast time they have hot water available as we prefer Nescafe coffee, the Turkish is to strong for us.We normally take a jar with us and make our own( i know this is a typical British abroad thing ) but i enjoy Turkish food, beer etc. but first thing in the morning i need my coffee!

Hi we are travelling to the above Hotel at the beginning of June and i'm sure i've read somewhere that pool towels are provided but I just want to double check that they are so I don't have to worry about packing my own to keep the weight down.

I've never stayed at the Greenland, but in my experience all the hotels serve nescafe as well as Turkish coffee and it'll be no problem if you ask for it.

RJ, i cannot find anything about pool towels provided at the Greenland, i have checked the Thomas Cook brochure and some of the ultra all inclusive hotels do provide pool and bathroom towels but it does include this in the " sports and leisure" portion of the all inclusive package description. We are taking our own beach towels to make sure.

My daughter and her boyfriend are off to the Greenland Hotel next month and even though we have looked at the hotel web site and reviews we cant find out any info about pool towels. Does anyone know if these are provided or is it best to take their own?

Have just arrived back from Greenland Hotel to-day and i can tell you they do not supply pool towels. You can borrow a towel ( bathroom type ) for a day if you go out on jeep safari etc. they charge you for it but give you your money back when you return it. ( sorry i cannot give you the price, it was either £10 or 10 lira but is just a deposit anyway ). Anybody wanting to know any more info, i will post a full and honest report on the hotel review forum meanwhile if anybody has any urgent need of info please send e-mail and i will reply asap.
