Hi
Im trying to book a holiday for my parents who are in their 80's to Salou. A couple of questions...? Is is quite flat for them walking? In October will there be a lot of young people or is it quieter.? Im looking at the Europa Park because a lot of the reviews say its geared to an older clientelle. Im hoping it will suit them or has anyone any other suggestions!
Thanks!!!
The actual resort itself is flat (altough the roads in and out can be a bit hilly) It is ony a short bus ride into Salou itself.
It will be considerably quieter than the main town.
There are quite a few well appointed accomodation options.
(check out the resort/hotel reports on this site)
I have booked to go here for 1 week half-board in june, just wondering if anyone has been here recently and what the food/accom was like??
i just decided today to go to Salou for a week in July. Direct Holidays have a bank holiday sale at the minute and H10 Europa park is £494 half board. Any other operator seems to be £500 plus for more basic accommodation.
Is this a good price, or are there likely to be better deals. Flying from Belfast so am more restricted.
The sale ends tomorrow, so if it is a good price I'd need to book asap.
Hopefully someone can help.
Thanks
We are going to Europa Park next week and this will be the first time we do half board in a hotel room as we usually go self catering. Was just wondering if there a fridge in the room for keeping water/drinks cool and a kettle or can they be hired.
Thanks.
Just back from this hotel yesterday. No fridges or kettles in the room but fridges could be hired at reception - didn't have one, so don't know how much they were. Will post a review when I have time, but anyone wants any specific info, please ask. Hope this is not too late - just noticed you are going this week!
Was already in the air when you posted but thanks for the info. Just got back today and yes you were right, there wasn't a kettle to be hired but we did need to hire a fridge.
Thanks.
