Hello fellow Turkeyphiles! (Collective noun: gobblers? ;))

I went to Ovacik/Hisaronu, been back a fortnight and just booked for another week at the end of August with my 14yo daughter. I'd like to pre-book some trips online but I don't want to use anyone that sells tickets to the hideous dolphinarium. I've read conflicting information on other forums about whether they do or don't, does anyone here know for sure?

I've just compared the prices. Carole @Tayfun are a LOT LOTcheaper!!!

We have booked lots of excursions and boat trips with them, as they came
highly recommended to us by a few friends.
I don't see anything about the dolphinarium amongst their list of tours and boat trips. :tup

Send them an e-mail, and ask. We found they were very quick to answer any questions we had.
(Apparently their sunset cruise is to die for. We can't wait)!!!!!!

I've just had a chat with Gail at CaroleandTayfun. (They have a live chat facility whereby you can ask questions)
I have been assured that they DON'T sell tickets for the dolphinarium, and NEVER WILL!! :tup

Thanks Pandy, now I can get my sunset cruise and mud bath booked and paid for in good conscience before I go and just relax once I'm there again!

I don't think I like the sound of the dolphinarium either,

I've just had a look on another holiday review site, (won't mention names as I might get in strife).
Hamish McTurk apparently DOES sell tickets to a dolphin show, but don't know if it's the one you're
talking about.

Hamish McTurk do at the moment sell tickets to swim with the dolphins in Hisaronu I am led to believe, this is from the "Free the Olu Deniz Dolphins" facebook page.

Only problem with Carole&Tayfun, they don't take debit cards for pre-booking. I don't have a credit card

If anyone knows of an online agency that doesn't make money from two beautiful animals in misery and takes maestro cards please let me know! Failing that I'll just have to book when I get there (after my turkish bath of course! ;))

We don't have a credit card either!!
We paid by visa debit card, just 2 weeks ago for our trips on-line.
Have you tried to pay yet?

most do not agree with this dolpin prison you could try cadiandia tours but most will take a verbal booking and you can sort the monies out when you arrive trust me i know these people carorole from carole and tyfun have been aropund along time http://www.caroletayfun.com/
so has debbie from cadiandia but there are so many places to book trips you would not have a problem

To be honest I saw the cards they took and didn't go any further (I'm laying laminate flooring all through my downstairs at the moment so have to restrict my online holiday planning or it'll never get finished! :rofl

)

Hi i just returned from hisaronu and caddianda were the cheapest by far for trips and gave the best info regarding them. they are an anglish company and debbie was fantastic to deal with. they defo do not sell the dolphins. when i was looking round at prices Hamish McTurk offered the dolphin trip in hisaronu to me. i was horrified as the place is just too small for them. i was later told that the water had been tested and was unfit for humans to swim in so that also alrmed me that Hamish are prepared to sell this knowing it will do u more harm than good. Hamish not truthful is what i think

Born Free were allowed in recently to check the Dolphins out and the two people that were in the water, (one was the vet I think), are now both ill and are on antibiotics to recover!!

dolphinmelek debbie is a diamond so is her husband darren i have known them since they first arrived in turkey these are people you can really trust :sun2
