Hi DonnB someone told me about this place in condolim called Kopy Kat its on the beach road and its a new shop, they have all makes including Radley, and i was told they were very well made and when checked against the real thing could not tell the differece, she paid 900rps for the radley bags but did buy a few,so price might reflect that. I dont know why, but i am not a big fan of handbags. I only have a couple of bags,and i wouldnt spend more than 20pounds on a bag.

I have heard of someone asking her husband for a £1000 bag from the states.

Hi fizzy2 chloe is a good make i also bought a hermes birkin last year,and radley, but as i said earlier on the prices have gone up a lot this year, i think these shop that sell these bags forget they are not the real thing, saying that the ones i bought last year from leather touch were very good copies, but because he put his prices up did'nt buy from him this time. If i was you i would ask your daughter to give you a few pictures of what she likes so you have a choice, thats what i do.Gel

I won't need to GEL as my daughter will be in Goa too but only for a week, she usually buys a few for friends (and for herself)! I promised my boss I would bring her a bag but didn't have time to go and look in November. I have been to Genuine Fakes with my daughter, but I don't have a clue what the current "IN" thing is, she is quite specific in what she likes and checks for the best quality fake that she can get. I on the other hand would probably end up buying the duffer I have heard of Chloe, Radley and Louis Viton (sp)! so I suppose I do know something but I don't know what the "must have" style currently is, I have not heard of Hermes Birkin before - sounds more like a medical condition to me I suppose at the end of the day it comes down to personal taste, how much you have to spend and just how much I want to creep to the boss

Brilliant, I'll have a few shops to check out, hopefully I'll be able to find the ones I have seen on the radley website - far too many that I like.

Fizzy2 DonnaB i have to say the ones i bought at leather touch were very well made,and you could not tell the difference from the real thing, but he has put them up to £35 each as he has his own factory in mumbai he taking the p---, my daughter had 7 bags and several purses and he would still not budge, he let her walk out. what i do is look at the front of magazine on the stand and see if they have articals on bags then i buy i, then you know what are the IN bags, i usually buy the mag called Grazia always has lovely bags in t. The real Hermes Birkin are $25,000 in the u.s and there was a waiting list. I'll have two.

about 100 yrds into Titos Lane from Baga Road on the left hand side [by the money exchange]sat back from the road is where I got bags and purses individually made last year, turned up with pictures from the R..... web site and got them copied no probs.
Also original fakes had a good selection ...my mate bought a watch from there and the fingers fell off on the plane home that wasnt such a good bargain,but she is taking it back next month for a refund

The bagshop more or less opposite to Daytripper sell Jimmy Choo bags. She has two shops next door to one another, the one on the left seems to have the better bags.

I always use Harisons in Candolim - just passed the Panjim turn towards Sinquerim. The bags are usually very good quality and I paid 900 rs this year for a fairly large Cloe. If he does not have what you want in stock he can usually get it.
