Have booked flights for 2 Adults + 2 Child (11+14) for Ibiza for 11th August 2007 x 14 nights. Our Accommodation was organised with a 'friend of a friend' who had an apartment but now have been let down ...a long story.
Flights were not 'too ' expensive and so not the end of the world BUT I would like to salvage the situation if I can.
Can anyone advise????? Any good contacts out there for accom???
Any hotels / apartments etc with good 'direct' booking engines as I have found it hard to make contact with some.
All help greatly accepted......will this rain ever stop?

We've booked with Find Me Accom who we thought were reasonable - £303 for 2 adults in San An Bay in September. Hope you manage to find something.
It all depends on which resort you prefer etc etc
I had a quick check and found San Antonio Bay self catering studio at Sol Post 3 star for £282 or other extreme San AN Bay All Inclusive Mar Amantis 1 & 11 for £542
If you can give us more details we can maybe have a look further and get more deals

Hey...thank you guys for the time and effort in provising thedetails above. My flights are for Sat 11th August x 14 nts and we are a party of 2 x Adults and 2 x Child (11 and 14). Been to st. eluia last year and been around the island by car and so have no preferance of where to be EXCEPT the boom/boom/ boom of the 18-30's resort!!! (At my time of life...I need a slower pace!)
Don't mean to get others to do the donkey work....just point me in the right direction and I'll trawl the WWW to find something!!!

I am off to Ibiza tonight and cant wait. I booked DIY. The hotel I am going to is club portinatx all inclusive four adults £998 for a week, alot cheaper than I found it with anyone else. I booked with 'great late deals' . I went for this place because have been to portinatx before and also these are apartments as opposed to just rooms so as my kids are 16 and 19 I think a room with 4 beds would be cramped.
