My husband and I stayed at the Kremlin Palace a few years ago and really enjoyed it. We went to the Topkapi for a nose around and decided we would stay at the Topkapi if we ever went back with the children as there were more facilities there aimed at them, including a kids club. The Kremlin seemed to be more aimed at couples if that's any help. You didn't mention your daughters ago but I am assuming here that she isn't an adult! Both hotels were really nice and the food at the Kremlin was excellent, with the a la cartes being exceptional and without an additional charge.
