It sounds like there has been alot of double booking at CPO (either that or there is something else going on.)

I have been chatting to someone on another forum who was also booked into the CPO but was also told it had been double booked.
The only difference was they weren't told till they arrived.

BUT they were put in the sister hotel Oura Praia, which is just across the road from CPO and were delighted with it.
(They've only just come back this last week.)

If your friend wants to stay in the same resort / area maybe they could ask about that?

Im only just back from turkey myself so havent had chance to get the lowdown..i do know she was very dissapointed as there was nothing for her 4 young kids to do. Will find out more details & get back to you soon
