The Ayaz Beach Hotel is good too, has the best pool in Gumbet.

I second that, if you want a place on the beach then the Ayaz is the best, we go and spend days at their pool area, it is fantastic, glass sided pool, fantastic wooden cabana on the beach for some shade and waiter service for a snack or an afternoon beer, jacuzzi, brilliant service, love it!!

Have just found out the the Ayaz Hotel is joining up with the Parkim Palace - next door - and is now called the ParkimAyaz. They have a new web site www. parkimayaz.com.
I'm sure it will now be one of the largest hotels on the beach.
