Hope someone can help me. myself, my husband and 3 children aged 13,11, and 8 yrs are looking to go away in August.

I know the world is a big and wonderful place but i am very confused now. we have done France. The kids have never been on a typical beach holiday! and would maybe get bored.
My middle child has special needs and has short attention span so gets bored easier that the other 2.
can someone make a suggestion.
