As far as I can remember, all the 4/5 Star properties are 4 or 5 mile either north or south of Centrum.

If there is one in the centre, then I can't picture it. However, someone else may have more recent knowledge.

i doubt you get 4 or 5 star luxary in kusidassi centre pretty much anything up 3 star which is decent youronly sleeping in the rooms anyway

There are 4 - 5 star hotels in the Ladies Beach area which is in the centre. I know the Palmin is quite good and so is the Imbat Hotel but there were new ones being built in the area the last time I was there so I am sure there would be many more to choose from.

its not far off the Marina area, so walking distance to the centre of town

We stayed at The Villa Konak in Kusadasi, ok, not a 5 star but what a loverly place, the owner Kaya and his wife wonderful hosts, cooked meals every week for us all, staff included about £7 a head, three course with drink, fabulous the best I have tasted.
It is not the usual style hotel, it has been coverted from an old style Turkish mansion, on arriving I thought what have I done as it was just this big round door in the wall, just like you would imagine the Cassbar to be like, but soon changed my mind when I got in side.
It is in the old town up the hill, very picturesque, on different levels, with long couches to laze on in the shade when you have had enough sun !!!
Tiny bar amongst the trees and flowers where we would all gather at night to have a laugh and belly dance, we enjoyed it so much went back the next year, give it a try.
No children allowed unfortunatly.

Hi we always stay at Hotel Derici when we go to Kusadasi , its right on the main beach ,and a 5 min walk to the center

I agree, the Derici is a very nice hotel in a great central location.
The only hotel in Turkey I've stopped in more than once
