Yes you have no problem bringing a Water Pipe (Shisha) back to the UK, as I remember a good nice size one is about £20 including some tobacco, remeber unless you are in a fixed price shop you will have to haggle hard.

Be very careful how you pack it. I brought a sheesha back for my grandson and packed it carefully in my suitcase wrapped in a towel as it was too large to fit in my hand luggage. When we unpacked it we found the metal pipe had cracked where it went into the glass bowl and he hasn't been able to repair it.

We brought one back last year which cost about £17 and is a good size. Like ours, many of them came in their own cases so we just packed it in our hand luggage. We've got to get another one this year as my son has taken a liking to it!
