Have you looked on You tube Colleen ? I've seen some old episodes showing there.
I was going to suggest Netflix until I realised that the box sets of a series called 'Doctors' is not the BBC! 
Your problem is that the BBC is legally only allowed to keep most of its stuff on iPlayer for 30 days. That is under review as oher channels do not have a time limit on making thir output available.
