I tried to book a holiday with FIRST CHOICE approx 10pm this evening, After putting in my card details and proceeding to book the holiday a message said that there was a problem with my card and I had not been charged, however after check my bank balance and the amount of the deposit has been deducted so therefore I have been charged.
has this ever happened to u? will i get my money back?
i will phone my bank and first choice in morning but i just to find out whether its happened to anyone and what happened etc
Also, i do believe that from 1st October, everything from 1st choice is now being done by TUI. I had a letter today from them telling me the holiday we booked last month with 1st choice had been moved over to Thomson.
