Help!! Urgent info required. Victoria Group Bulgaria

Help!! I have major complaints with my recent holiday to elenite holiday village and need to get the name of the Chief Executive and the full address of the Victoria Group as they own the 3 hotels in Elenite. Have been trying to get the info from Direct Holidays but getting nowhere. I have searched the net and still cant find anything. There are a number of people who have complaints and we badly need this info. I would be grateful if anyone can help. I have been to Bulgaria a few times and love the country but this time it was horrendous. Don't think the forum is big enough for everything I have got to say!!!.

Hi,

Thanks for helping out. I have checked the link you gave me and it does list all the hotels in the group but gives no details of a Head Office. Don't think they want to be found!!! Wonder Why? :wink:

Hi Lesley,

The details you provided are for a telecomunications company. They own the domain-name and are not necessarily the same people as the owners of the hotel.
