The recommended ones are Hep A and Typhoid. Most GP surgerys do them, ours were done by the nurse and she already had a supply in her fridge.
The other good thing is you can go back for a booster between 9 and 12 months and that then covers you for at least ten years.
Edit: The above advice is the extra jabs you need for Egypt and is given assuming that your DTP is up to date. That's the ones we have in the UK anyway. (sometimes called 'the triple')
