I take it you just want to find a flight only, because you should be able to let her stay in the same room as your daughter for a couple of hundred rps per night, ask the hotel when you arrive.

im having difficulty finding a charter flight matching those dates, because if she departs on sunday 21st dec, then she would need to return on the monday 5th jan, or if she went on the 20th dec to arrive in Goa early morning 21st dec then she would have to return home on sunday 4th Jan.
You could try a flight to mumbia, then a connecting flight? so you have more choice of dates, but to be honest it doesnt look very promising.

i have looked at via mumbai but they are coming up very exspensive also, and dont think she would like to do that way on her own. I will keep looking, she could leave on the 20th as long as she is back by the 4th jan.It was very good of you to take the time to look for me. Gel

what about going onto that travelsupermarket website and searching the dates in there? i would have done it but i have only just thought of it, and ive got to go and pick the little un up from school now.

check on the website cheapflights.co.uk, they got flights advertised from london to goa in december from as little as £345 but you probly have to do a bit of phoning round cos there aint a direct link to the sites selling the tickets

The problem is that it's peak time. If she is willing to get a visa sorted in advance are you prepared to wait until the really last minute like a day or two beforehand? I think that may be your best bet. There's a risk that she would incur the visa cost for nothing though. It's a gamble but the prices really dropped at the beginning of the season after being sky high a month or two before the first charters.
We have been over the last few Christmas/New Years and even leaving it until 3 weeks before with really cr*ppy accommodation and the dreaded Monarch we have still paid over £900 each.

Katiep thanks for the advice all i can do is keep checking every day, i am sure she would have to get a visa very soon. I know its very late to be looking, unfortunatly my daughters(25) friend has just decided she is not coming, we bought our flights in Febuary, so thats the reason we are looking now so that she will have someone her own age to go out and about with.many thanks for your help.Gel

Hi, have you tried going into places like thomascook and seeing if they can beat their web prices for something like a dormhouse? you might be lucky and find one. You could even ring them rather than going in store.
Also have you tried teletextholidays? they were rather cheap, but i am not sure now.
