Hi pat ... I believe that this is a residential building at Calle Herrerias 3, which is at the bottom end of Parque De L'Aiguera in the Old Town, just next to the new Town Hall. The other address details which you are looking at may be of individual privately owned and rented apartments within that building. You will see the street shown on our Benidorm Old Town Map.

I know that there are some websites which refer to Herrerias Apartments and Calle Herrerias being at the Rincon de Loix end of the resort, but that to me seems to be complete misinformation.

I have emailed an agent and he replied to say that there is no swimming pool here so its not suitable any way.I seem to be having problems trying to find information on which apartments do a double sprung sofa bed in the lounge.I have been quoted some good prices but they then tell me that the beds in the lounge are tourist/camp beds,which are totally unsuitable for my 15 year old daughter.
If any one knows of any i would appreciate any recommendations/advice.

Pat ... what size apartment are you looking for ? Have you considered looking for one with an extra bedroom, so that you would not need to rely on a sofa bed in the lounge ?
