Yes I am every month in fact with HIFIX.Even if you are sending money on a regular basis, but not as regular as monthly? Are you doing thjis with HIFX/

I needed to exchange GBP 20,000 to Euros and unfortunately chose to use HIFX. They "lost" my money for over 3 weeks and lied about it by blaming it on the bank ( They since mistakenly admitted in an e-mail having the money all along ). During those 3 weeks of the money gone missing their customer service was non existent, not answered the phone or returned calls or replied to e-mail. Now HIFX deny any responsibility. Their actions cost me well over a 1000 in fines due to late payment....
