i can answer a few questions for you, but i havent stayed at this hotel, but they do do half board as ive been looking for quotes for various hotels myself and that option came out on this hotel.

the lagoon is down a very steep hill around 1.5 -2 miles max away in olu deniz ,regular dolmuses will take you

we usually take a small amount of lira and change there as usually the rate is better in turkey than the uk, although most places will accept sterling anyway

We stayed there in 2007 and you can upgrade to half board,when we were there the food was very good and if we went back we would stay half board.

Hi we have booked this hotel for Aug 09 and have read lots and lots about it lol We personally are going to use the flexidine option when we get there - where I think you can pay for 7 nights and use them when you want so will use them when the entertainment is on! We have a 3, 10 and 13 year old so you will have to let us know if there was enough for them to do!

We will also purchase the air conditioning which I understand is £3 a day.

We do intend to go to the beach for the day and do some trips.

ok redcrop the asena is just around the corner from me in hisaronu 5 mins walk to the village, the dolmus runs every 5 mins to olu deniz at the bottom of the mountain and either change dolmus or walk around to the lagoon ( i.e bobs beach ,sugar beach ,and genc beach )
this takes approx 15 mins from asena to olu by dolmus,im not sure but the asena group did run a shuttle bus around to the lagoon
daylan is a day trip which can be arranged in the village at any local travel agent not reps as they are more expensive
the dalan trip picks you up from your hotel and takes you to the dalylan delta where you pick up a boat which takes you to the mud baths then onto turtle beach for lunch and a swim this can all be read up on sites from links on my website
