also if i have been discharged from hospital for minor health probs does this mean i dont have to pay insurance...

Not quite sure what you mean by that, as any pre existing conditions or recent treatments would need to be disclosed to and approved/accepted by any insurer. Please feel free to go into that in further detail in the Travel Insurance topic. I will close this topic now as you are not in the best forum for answers to insurance related questions.
