The thing being is that we were hoping to get a better exchange rate over there. Oh well never mind, might just take the chance, but we can't wait till Wednesday.
just change them for english bank notes and take them........ exchange rate in greece last friday 1.22
at the time it was 1.5 cents better than the uk, the interbank rate has been rising since last weds, the tourest rate will rise in line with this although usualy 2-3% lower

just changed my Scottish notes for Euros got 1.21. Thanks for all your help. This will be our fourth visit to Rhodes rob16 can't wait till tomorrow, Rhodes here we come.
