hi,all arrived at bourgas airport on 8th sep expecting all the delays there that we were told about but got through passport control and recieved bags inside about 3/4 hour already had booked a taxi to collect us at airport 40 lev and the guy was waiting for us so we were at our hotel in about 20 min checked in at the diamond hotel paid 42 lev for safe hotel was nice and clean towels changed every day and bed shheets twice in our week there but the food was awful we werent really that worried at it was so cheap to eat out in sunny beach djannys was right behind our hotel and condor just up the road beside mania nightclub i think the food was geared towards all the germans that was staying there air-con was turned on but you had to hold your hand up to itto feel anything if anyone else ever stays at this hotel please dont use the lifts me and my wife got stuck in it on our 3rd night there about 2 in the morning had to start shouting help help thought we were going to be there all night about 40 minutes later they opened the dorrs but we were between floors another 15 minutes to get us to solid ground.dont get me wrong we enjoyed staying at the diamond but dont think we would stay there again...
now what can i say about sunny beach except we both loved it cant wait to go back next year but watch out for the hookers
we were walking home one night about 2 in the morning and about 6 of them came running towards us shouting sex sex sex and starting to rub my legs and body my wife stood there laughing and so was i when we got away found mobile missing and about 40 leva didnt find it so funny then . thought iceberg was a great nightclub some great live bands in there
spider bar on the main strip was good 2 vodka and real redbull for 7 lev or 2 vodka and coke for 5 lev if you like karaoke go to tonys behind forest hut, water park at nessebar is very good and the beach at sunny beach is one of the best ive ever been to we ate out mostly at djannys or condor but also had one of the big kebabs at happy duck and roast pig on a spit at forest hut which was nice but a bit on the dear side for sunny beach.i could go on and on but think ill leave it there oh nearly forgot if you want to buy a football top get it off niki down below the mercury i got a liverpool top off him 40 lev brought it home and compared it to one bought here and you cant tell the difference still had the adidas tags on it...
