We were there the first week in April this year which I assume is similar to March, and the weather was fine, but I must say the heated pool and pool area was very busy, and I assume this was because the main pool is quite cold. (didnt try it)

Regarding the heated pool, you found adults in it, With the slide pools it was mainly children who seemed happy to be in there whatever the temperature.

Also the swim-up pools were more or less empty all the time, just the odd brave soul. People were using their private terraces and sunbeds but not really swimming much, so for me personally I wouldn't pay over the odds to go in one of these rooms, as beautiful as the setting is, in March/April unless you just want it for the privacy angle and to beat the sunbed rush.
