from what i can gather its a common thing over the winter months ,and basically is just to fill vacant rooms .but saying that feb is still in the winter ????
I think you are less likely to be overun by Russians at either of these hotels,compared to others in Sharm.There were a few at the Conrad when we were there 2 years ago but they were on a HB basis so we didnt see much of them.
