I booked a Holiday with them last summer. Part of it was booked through Goldtrail. I lost out on the holiday as Goldtrail went bust. I am still wating on a refund and they tell me that I will only get the flight money returned as this was the part that was booked through Goldtrail. They refuse to refund my accomodation costs as they said this was still available. I couldnt get flights at such short notice so I lost out on the whole holiday. I am going to lose nearly £600. I would avoid them
