I suddenly find I need to insure a home in Florida and looked on the Internet - which is where I found my British home insurance - but to no avail - maybe I am using the wrong search terms or maybe household insurance business is just not bought like that in US?

Anyway - has any US resident found a good Home Insurance policy which can be bought direct from a website? To cover against fire, hurricane, burglary etc.

This is NOT for a rental house, but IS for a holiday home.
