Hi we stayed at this hotel in Jan and going back Jan 2011. The hotel is flat all over on the ground floor. There is a ramp all the way down to the entrance. There are no steps to the pool or resturant it's all acessable. There are lifts up to the rooms and the rooms are fairly spacious.
