I haven't stayed there, since we have an apartment in Benidorm, but friends of ours have stayed there and enjoyed it. It is actually further up the road than Benidorm Palace, so is quite a way out. We had a walk around the hotelwhen our friends were there and it seemed nice.

There is a little bar nearby that has very well kept San Miguel for €1 a pint. Can't remember the name of it, but it is a very short distance away, just a little further along the road. I hope the beer is still good there. We tried it in September and it was good then.

My wife and I stayed there last December and are going back late February 2008. Best hotel for accomodation we have ever stayed at in Bbenidorm. The food is fine and the staff are ok. I speak a little Spanish and they like that. Not much by way of entertainment. Nice flat screen tv in the rooms but we take our portable dvd player to watch a late night movie if we feel like it. Plenty of Spanish of a weekend but we had no problems with them last time. There is a bus stop outside and you can visit Altea quite easily. Nice views from the rooftop which is on top of a three storey building. Indoor pool is heated, you have to pay for a bathing hat - quite reasonable. No need to buy English paper of a morning they have them for free on the bar. Need to be quick if there are other English guests staying there. I have reviewed this hotel on Trip Advisor. Last but not least the rooms are top of the range, especially considering where we have previously stayed in Benidorm. Enjoy!

Hi Joyce, if you turn to the left as you come out there is some really nice bars just facing levante club hotel, 5 mins or so and not far to get back to your hotel, the tropicana have artists on each night, rachels is a sports bar, and a rock and roll bar with artists all nice bars
