Going by the email I got from Med Playa, the rooftop can be used by all adults until the 1st May. After that date it's only for club room guests. All the other adults have to go where the crazy golf used to be.
Whilst I am there I shall certainly check it all out for you, and will let you know.....

Thanks Linda. Surely the crazy golf course was only on the 1st floor so it won't be the same as being at the top with magnificent views.
So no crazy golf now either, I was looking forward to giving my daughter a game, typically I'm going on the 12th May and this is my 1st time stopping here and I was looking forward to sampling these lovely views from the roof top bar, here's hoping Thomsons greed falls on its arse in this current climate.

Im glad its sorted too (fingers crossed theres no more hassle) i was pig sick of phoning them constantly and getting told different stories. After this holiday il be sticking to DIY , then if things go wrong it'l be my own fault. I would like to thank everyone for their advice and input and a special thanks to Liana for letting me have her details for back up, thanks again, Audrey x

Danny. my mam and dad did get booked for the FO, we arrive on the 12th may and they arrive on the 16th may, we'll just say to the girls "we'll just sit out here for a little while and then we'll go for a walk, oh look here's a Thomsons coach, should we go phone nanna and grandad", and then nanna and Grandad will step off the coach, I can't wait to see the kids faces 
, the kids don't see nanna and grandad all that often as they live 50 miles away from us, I think the kids heads will fall off, they'll be like this

They've got 2wks at the Rio park to come in March first though the lucky gits, they've only just come back from spending 6wks in Benidorm over the festive period, its alright for some.

ok update/the pool area on the 25th floor was closed.but when its open you can go up they say.untill 1st may.when it will only be open to the vip rooms.which they say they have 60 rooms.but they are going to make another sun area on ground floor soon.
Thanks djwoody let's hope it will open again before Linda goes the middle of March and we go at Easter.
Can you only book Flamingo Oasis with thompsons or is there another company you can go through.
well portland is in the same group.bit cheaper maybe.but i think your case can only be 15kg.tui may have this hotel tied to themselfs.in other words they book so many rooms per year.and then its up to them to sell them on.but worth checking up on

I've booked it with Jet2holidays, I go on Sunday, but it's showing availability later in the year. The allowance for baggage has gone up to 22kgs with them as well.
