Do you mean Le Hammamet? This hotel doesn't have waterslides as I recall. Plenty of sunbeds but you have to pay to use them. I think the charge is 2 TND which is less than £1. Not sure how deep the pool is, but like most has it's shallower end. The sea at Le Hammamet's beach is safe enough for kids, so you should be fine there too.
