Thank you so much - I had forgotten that site. It doesn't sound too bad for someone like me who knows the area and just wants somewhere to sleep, though it certainly won't be my first choice. Having got Sousse Palace in October at a very good price, which was absolutely fine, I know you can't automatically rule out hotels just because they are coming up at cheap prices.

Thanks Briar. I've had a look and the El Ksar is obviously a different hotel - I rather thought it would be as the Kaiser is only listed as 3* (though sometimes shown as 2*). I've got a few hotels in mind which I've either been to before or wouldn't mind trying if the price was OK. As I said, I've plenty of time before April but until I've got it sorted out I know that I'll spend far too much time checking what's available
