I actually stayed at the Las Palomas in 1969 as an eleven year old.....................Went back to Torremolinos for the first time last summer and went in to have a look round.The place seemed to be mainly frequented by Spanish and there didnt seem a lot
happening entertainment wise.The place was modern looking and clean and airy.The hotel is located in an ideal area called La Carehuela (something like that)Its about 200 yard from the sea front and we found this area the nicest part of the Torre/Benalmadena area.

I was wondering if you stayed at Las Palomas and what you thought of it as you did. I have spoken to guests there, are they are mostly Irish. Although 4 star they tell me the rooms are not up to much!!
